Tenant satisfaction is a key factor in maintaining a property's performance. That's why we focus on providing excellent service to tenants. We get to know them on a personal level and promptly respond to all maintenance requests and emergencies.
Tenant Relationship Management
Our administrative staff is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM to handle any non-maintenance communication. For emergency calls, someone is available on the maintenance line 24 hours a day, year-round. This responsive management strategy results in tenant satisfaction and high renewal rates.
Notices
We proactively provide notifications to comply with all relevant legal guidelines. For delinquent rents, we send the appropriate Three-Day Notices after the grace period expires.
Tenant Accounts
For transparency and record keeping, each tenant has a separate financial ledger to track all tenant charges and payments. We also maintain a record of all requests and communications. We have a proactive rent increase strategy to maximize ROI.
Eviction Procedures
In rare cases, we have to pursue an eviction on non-paying tenants. When this happens, we coordinate with the attorney and attend all court appearances.
