Where are your properties located?
Most of our properties are located in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and the adjacent Los Angeles areas. However, we manage properties throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
What size properties do you manage?
We manage properties of all sizes, from single-family properties to 100+ unit complexes.
Do you manage commercial properties?

How are applicants screened?
All applicants are subject to a credit and criminal background check. If available, we also pull rental payment data from Experian RentBureau. We secure references from the applicant’s employer and previous landlords and verified proof of income.
Are you licensed to manage real estate in California?
Yes, we are licensed as a corporation by the California Department of Real Estate.
