Tenant Portal

Tenants can access their online portal anytime, anyplace. Through the tenant portal, tenants can schedule rent payments, submit a maintenance request, check the status of a maintenance request, review their financial ledger, download copies of leases, and much more.

Lease Signing

Our lease agreements are sent to tenants and cosigners electronically via the Tenant Portal. Leases can be signed immediately, and tenants can proceed to make move-in payments without the need to schedule an appointment.

Owner Portal

Owners have an online portal, which can be securely accessed from anywhere in the world. Monthly financial statements are stored in the portal and can be downloaded at any time. Owners also have the ability to make contributions to the property trust account using ACH or Credit/Debit card.
